Court rejects Nnamdi Kanu’s transport request for Abuja appeal
Prince Emmanuel Kanu, brother of Nnamdi Kanu, leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), has reported that the Federal High Court in Abuja has declined to issue a warrant necessary for the transfer of his brother from Sokoto Prison to Abuja for an appeal record settlement.
Speaking to Daily Post on Thursday, Prince Emmanuel stated, “This summons requires Mazi Nnamdi Kanu to appear on November 28 at the Federal High Court in Abuja to settle records related to his appeal filed following the November 20 judgment.
