On October 13, 2025, she shared two images on her Substack showing piano and vocal sheet music with the title BERGHAIN written in bold letters.
This became the very first musical clue about the project and introduced a new aesthetic — more minimal, spiritual, and orchestral.
On October 26, ROSALÍA officially confirmed the release of “Berghain” through an Instagram video, revealing that the track features Björk and Yves Tumor.
It was presented as the first official preview of the LUX era.
The title refers to the legendary techno club Berghain in Berlin, known for its mysterious, strict-entry atmosphere and almost sacred reputation in electronic culture.
Within the concept of LUX, “Berghain” appears to symbolize a meeting point between the divine and the physical, faith and desire — a space where music becomes a ritual.
